Before founding Outlook Research in 1998, Carey Ramos spent about 10 years marketing emerging and established products at Hewlett-Packard Company. She led product marketing teams that developed customer segmentation and product definition for two new HP businesses: digital photography and all-in-one peripherals. She also managed marketing communications, advertising and sales promotions, and branding. Carey is bilingual (English/Spanish) and worked as an international marketer in Europe for three years. She has BA and MBA degrees from Harvard University.

Dan Goese also has an extensive high-tech marketing background, with particular expertise in product development. Dan worked closely with HP's product development teams for 10 years, introducing such products as HP's first OfficeJet all-in-one product and the first DesignJet large-format inkjet printer. Since leaving HP in 1997, Dan has focused on helping companies develop products in categories such as digital music, entertainment and imaging. Dan has a BSEE degree, as well as an MBA degree from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Carey and Dan work closely with an experienced team of recruiters and use the top research facilities around the US and other countries when fielding qualitative studies. We have a close relationship with an experienced survey programmer and a top-notch CATI center for quantitative projects.
