
All of our research is customized for each specific client and research objective. We work with our clients to define and execute the optimal methodology for each project - qualitative, quantitative, or a mix of the two. The principals at Outlook Research manage every detail of the research. We write screeners, discussion guides, and surveys. We field the research ourselves. We crunch numbers and run cross tabs. And we write our own reports and presentations - there are no hand-offs to less senior staffers.
Our qualitative work revolves primarily around conducting focus groups and in-depth (one-on-one) interviews, in the US and international markets. On the quantitative side, most of our studies use online surveys for maximum speed and effectiveness.
We are a member of the Marketing Research Association and subscribe to its Code of Standards.
